The Guru Charitable Foundation

Guru Charitable Foundation (GCF) is a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization devoted to improving the quality of education and medical care in Kashmir. GCF works in close collaboration with the Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, NY and the Guru Trust in the Kashmir Valley.
Currently, GCF is working and expanding in the following areas:
- Save The Future
- Vision For All
- Teacher Training
- Scholar Program
- Abdul Ahad Guru Clinical Scholars Program
- Women's Health Initiative
- Adult Health Initiative
- Memorial Eye Clinic

A short documentary on the Kashmir Valley in the 1930's and 40's. It is is interesting to note the narrators observations from way back then - makes for interesting study on perspectives.
