That’s not setting the rebound, that’s just locking out the shock. To change your rebound you need to turn the little red thing you see on the very bottom left part of the fork

bruuuh these chinese component brands are confusing lol , they mixed and match logo, brand name etc.. tho i know they all have the same cheap patent on their products but lol it's so confusing, one for example is SUNPEED bike and SIDEBIKE , they're different company with the exact same logo. anyawys brake is a crucial part for safety so im not gonna risk mine with those chinese brakes
