We never set out to breed dogs. It started with getting our first mini Goldendoodle Scarlett. Our family instantly fell in love with her and a few months later we added our Cavapoo Maisie. More dogs equal more love!
After Scarlett and Maisie were old enough we started to look into breeding our wonderful dogs and share the amazing traits they have. I contacted a breeder and after visiting with the intent of breeding with his stud we were appalled at how terrible breeders can be.
We left and decided that we could be different, found our male Poodle Teddy and waited.
Then the miracle happened! Scarlett and Maisie were pregnant at the same time! Our first litters were born two days apart! We instantly had 11 puppies! The next 8 weeks were spent loving and obsessing over all 11 puppies!
We learned that it was amazing to share our home with our dogs and their puppies! Ginger the mini Goldendoodle was added and now we stick to one litter per year per mom.

It's probably the runt of the litter he's probably just leaving it there to die. Because Mama Dog only has so many nipples to feed her puppies milk from and awhile, this may sound cold it is truth about how cruel mother nature can be as well as kind.

How large do Cavapoos get as adults? Are you in Southern California by any chance?
Hi! I have no idea who these people are but I can answer one of your questions! Most Cavapoos range from 16-20lbs! Unless she breeds standard Cavapoos, then they could ranger anywhere from 25-50lbs and that is a big range because of the size difference between the cavalier and poodle. A king Charles cavalier is a small dog about 16-20lbs. My mom and I breed mini cockapoo's ( a cocker spaniel + mini poodle) they range 15-18lbs our cocker spaniel is 15lbs, she is very small and the mini poodle is 18lbs. But our friend breeds standard cockapoo's (Cocker spaniel + standard poodle) her's range 25-45lbs. But her poodle weighs 50lbs and her Cocker spaniel is 20lbs. They are both definitely beautiful breeds!
