The so called 'rich' family are well-meaning but a tad bit spoiled and immature. Gracie wants to hope that she gets a six-figure salary too in the future, as children of well-off parents often fall to ruin after they grow up and find that they can't live the same lifestyle they had as a kid. It might be better for her mum to give her more well-rounded experiences that don’t cost a fortune, like bowling or skating, rather than just buying expensive clothes and going on excessive holidays. That way she’ll learn to appreciate everything in life and won’t be disappointed later. I mean, at one point she says ‘museums are boring’, and yet there’s a whole trend for books, museums and dark academia on TikTok amongst teens right now. She’ll never have rounded interests if she stays in her mother’s shoe box.
She’s not vegan, she’s plant based in her diet. If she were vegan she wouldn’t go to a dairy farm. She would know why calfs need feeding by people and not by their own mum. She would know why the cows are producing milk and wild want no part in it 😢 She wouldn’t buy or cook bacon or catch crabs either.
No matter how much money you have kids just want to spend QUALITY time with their mothers/fathers and no amount of designer goods/latest electronics etc can make up for that. It's a period of their lives that can never be recaptured.

It's so bad getting a child used to the trappings of a higher salary, because there is absolutely no guarantee that the child is going to earn that themselves when they become an adult and try for a job. Many of them suffer a fall and end up in therapy.
I like how they were freaking out at the Iron Maiden, when they wernt actualy a thing that was used.. Someone made one to put in a museum and then they have been famouse ever since.. Great really spooky forst episode - sad for thoses ghosts who had to put up with all the screaming though..
