17 year old me was at this gig! Standing pretty close to the action. The lighting rigs 'collapsed' and guys on ropes swung down from the ceiling to bundle the band under the stage. A mock catastrophe! Then they came back and did another 30 mins or so underneath some single lightbulbs. The PA came back on mid way through a song and nearly knocked us off our feet. Amazing!

This was a good one As far as candlebox, they were a very late replacement. Good band , they just got put on the wrong show. Alice in chains was huge at this time and almost no band could step in fill that void. The group I was In were seriously pissed chains pulled out last minute, but Metallica slayed it.
