@@S4MICHURC do I recommend the trailer, it's great for the size and for the money. It suits the MK-07 as the trailer is 1/8 scale and the MK-07 is 1/7 scale, so very close in scale. Spare parts I'm not sure, I suppose you could get them through Axspeed (the manufacturer), but I think it would be easier to repair yourself. If you are referring to whether I would recommend the Rlaarlo/Croboll MK-07? I'd say a definite yes! I have the brushed one which in my opinion is great value and an amazingly capable crawler! Parts availability is amazing direct from Rlaarlo. They ship worldwide and take anywhere from 1-3 weeks for parts to arrive. I've not broken anything on my MK-07 yet and the only parts I've bought for it from Rlaarlo have been upgrade parts, like brass etc. I hope this helps, but please ask more questions, I'll be happy to help! 😊

@@S4MICHURC I kept with the stock transmitter and receiver as I really like the Hot RC 8 channel and 6 channel transmitters (6 channel on my Omni Terminator Carbon). They have great features and really good range and when paired with an 18650 battery, have really long battery life. I always carry spare 18650 batteries with me on the trail just in case, but never need to change one 😅 I also love the fact you can see the cars battery status from the transmitter screen which is very useful to know when to change your batteries.

Thanks dude, I'm pleased you love it!! 😁 It's taken me many months to get it to how it is now, but even stock the MK-07 is an awesome piece of kit!! 😍 I had a vision in mind from when I first saw the promo videos of the MK-07, of it pulling a trailer behind with the Omni Terminator on it, and I think I finally made that vision come true!! 😅 I got all the parts from AliExpress, the trailer, the hitch for the trailer and the tow bar for the MK-07. None of it is standard though and I modified everything to work together, including the MK-07 towbar bumper mount/hole! Hi there 😁 thank you for your comment and your question. I'm afraid with the stock MK-07 brushed setup you can only use 2S and 3S batteries. To allow use of 4S I believe you would have to upgrade at least the ESC and possibly the motor too. I'm using the stock electronics on mine and using Zeee 5200mAh 3S batteries. I hope this helps, but if you have any other questions please ask 😅

No worries, I'm happy to help 😊 I use an 18650 battery in mine. I had to do a little modification to the positive contact on the battery door/flap to allow it to make contact with the positive end of my 18650 battery. I have the flat style 18650s and the stock positive contact position wouldn't make a connection to my style of battery. If you have the same issue I'd be happy to explain in further detail, but my fix is pretty easy. I did communicate this fix to Rlaarlo's engineers for their feedback too 😅

@@billybilboa Thank you for your answers :) In a video, you just change the servo and run it with a 4s battery and it becomes legendary. The only shortcoming of the car, its slowness, is now eliminated. I recommend you watch it. @@fikretmetin2027 thank you, I shall take a watch 😊 the speed is not really an issue for me, my MK-07 is faster than all the other crawlers I go out with 😅 even had a race with one of them (RUclips short video on my channel, MK-07 vs FTX Outback Paso 3.0). I get through 4x 5200mAh 3S batteries in a 4-5hr trail run, so approximately 1 per hour/1 per hour & 15 mins, so not too bad. It does weigh nearly 10kgs (over 20lbs) with all the brass parts and extra accessories! 😂

I've got the majority of my accessories from AliExpress, there's some really good bits on there if you don't mind waiting about 10 days for delivery! There's been a couple more mods/additions since this video and a couple more that I haven't shown on video yet, so stay tuned! 😉 It was the JP one from the promo videos that drew me to the MK-07, I ended up opting for the red, but still have a soft spot for the JP one, brings out the inner child in me! 🥰 Nice one, I love all the Croboll/Rlaarlo upgrade parts. I have all the brass parts fitted, but I've not shelled out yet for the Aluminium axles. They are on my wish list, maybe soon, as are a set of beadlocks (I'd like it if they had all black ones)! 😁 I've still got the stock electronics, no plans to change just yet, drives really well right now imo, but let me know how you get on with the brushless setup, you might sway me! 😂

Mine has the capability of pulling a 1-2 tonne vehicle, never done it though 😅

They're awesome Tank, I go out with the guys most weekends and we all have a great time! 😁 Usually end up walking at least 5k each time, lovely scenery too!

At the moment the Warn winch, quite a lot of faffing to get it to fit, but so pleased with it now it's on. It works as it should, just need to use it for real now though! 😁

Thanks dude! 😁 I spotted one day when out on the trail and the sun was shining on it, that I could see mounting holes the same as the stock ladder side, on the right hand side too on the cage. So I thought what the heck, would look sweet with two why not get another. Only downside is the Rlaarlo part is specifically designed for the left hand side, so I had to trim and shave it down to fit right, and made some standoffs out of some M3 black washers superglued together! 😅 You're the first to notice the second ladder! 😎

Earlier in the day we'd been over to a spot on the Wolds which was much more rugged and very steep (which the MK-07 handled like a champ), but it was raining so I couldn't get the camera out, so just enjoyed the crawl instead 😅

Thank you, I've tried to make it how I imagined and I think it's nearly there! 😅 I have a few more bits to do which should be done soon. Yes unfortunately mine leaked after the first trail of around 2.5 miles. I rebuilt them using the method RC Expats Hong Kong did and got another 3 runs each about 2.5 miles before they started leaking again. Rlaarlo did send out a brand new set, but I've not fitted them yet to know if they'll be any better than the ones my MK-07 shipped out with. @@billybilboa I just recently fixed the shocks. I used #5 o rings from Home Depot and it works. Now more leaks.👍🏼

Hi there, thank you for your comment 😊 I'm currently not using anything to waterproof my receiver box and it is completely standard. I've not been through really deep water yet, and the water I have been through hasn't got high enough to get into the receiver box. If this proves to be a problem I would probably design and print a TPU gasket to conform to the rebate within the receiver box and conform to the wire slot to prevent any water ingress. Maybe a future video on this design/method would be useful for me to make? 😅

I have had very good experiences with Rlaarlo customer service with my MK-07 and my Omni Terminator, if you send them an email or Facebook direct message they usually come back really quickly, make sure to quote your order number to speed up the process. I had to modify the trailer hitch hole in the MK-07 to fit the one I have, but now I've done it it fits perfect!
