You could work out so you dont need padding... on another note i cant get my fdm printer to print anything without it snagging and dragging the print around... yet my resin printer is amazing

How did you manage to only spent 60 dollars on spray paint? I am currently making death watch armour which has less surface to spray and i spent about 75 euros on paint and another 50 euros on primer. That is around 135 dollars as of August 2024.

Where did you get the files for the first helmet you showed?
It is a mark 3 helmet from Thingiverse although I cannot find the exact files because it was so long ago.

If you want an easier material to make cosplay suits out of try eva Foam its much cheaper and does not need sanding.
It is a great material for some people and the props always look great but it's just not for me.
