Consistent in principle, regardless of what timer is set on the hungers. The strat would theoretically work on a hunger that is delayed indefinitely. The idea is to release inputs before landing, so with perfect precision you will always get into a spot where you can wait for the hunger to take place and then get cancelled (nearly) instantly.

Relatively new tech discovered by Cloud, we knew falling while crouching and then jumping soon after landing messes up your collision hull in both games (just like in Source, even though this is UE4). I'm really curious, is there a reason why you have such a long pause before going to kill The Lady? I'm fascinated by speedruns but I'm really curious if there's something behind this part in particular?
The timer ends when the mirror shatters (as per speedrun.com rules), because the part after it is basically just a fixed time where you slowly walk forwards. So I went into chat for a moment, and then continued to the credits, as I usually do on a personal best.

How do you do that box fling thing at the beginning
You have to start at that corner of the box, then drag it down+right, hope that it 'picks you up' and then try for the jump, it's kind of random though.

I've tried multiple times and it seems impossible to get in the elevator with the lady. how did you do it?
Not only do you need to run on that small background wall, but the jump from it should be done so that you can grab as high as possible on the climbing wall before climbing. And then of course get enough sprintjumps towards the elevator (and you still barely make it in if you do it near-perfectly).

I keep getting grabbed by him after I’m in position cause I jump or cause I just don’t clip enough I’ve been trying for a while only got it twice how do I fix it?
It shouldn't be possible to get grabbed when you jump, which makes it sound like you are jumping before actually being clipped all the way, so only jump when you are fully inside the wall.
