Welcome to my channel. I’m a middelaged women with a chronic illness trying to find a way in life. My Channel focuses on a simpel limited everyday life. I’m glad you’re found this little community, where everyone is welcome.

A little more about me: I’m Maj: I share mostly my everyday life how to live with less energi and a chronic illness, but my Channel is about so much more than that-it’s about self-indilgence, finding inner peace, meditation, diet, exetcise and so on.

My background is in Art and Design,and I have learned a lot from retreats about self-development and I use what I’ve learned to try to help others, a more balanced life with a chronic illness.
I’ve do that in sharing my own personal journey, health, strugglese (I am an Fibro fighter also with Bounout on top of it.), walks, travel adventues (recent trips in clude Italy, France and around Denmark!), and personal Challenge.
