This is awesome!! I have a patient Who just had a stroke and her left arm is paralyzed and she can’t crochet any more At least not at this time She is also blind so learning how to crochet with one hard is extra challenging Because she “ sees” the stitch and pattern she is making with one hand as she crochets with the other If you or anyone has any ideas for me to help her crochet Let me know❤

Juliart, I have a grandniece in her mid 20s who was born without feet from the heel forward, with no real calf musculature in her lower legs, and most of her fingers are missing or entrapped in skin. She uses prosthetics to walk and only has partial use of her pinky and thumb on one hand and the other finger bones are fully enclosed in skin. But, like you, it hasn't ever slowed her down, and my family and I wouldn't know her any other way! She's currently a "stay at home" wife and mother of 3 young sons, but is also very artistic, and I can't wait to show her your channel!! Thank you for all that you share with the rest of us! ❤

My beautiful girl. You will not believe what your words did to me. I’m 57 years old woman and I’m at my darkest point in my life. Your words god won’t come unless he knows that are worries are real did hit me hard and yeh you are right sometimes are worries are not worries . The second thing which woke me up is that feeling this depression and low energy, glued to the clutch then you decided to do small steps toward your dreams was a slap on my face to wake up and fight it, fight for my life my happiness and my children happiness they deserve to have a happy mother and you brought it back. May god always be with you my beautiful angel

@@Laphoenicienne Wow!🥹I love seeing ways that God is using my dark times to bless and encourage others! I pray that you will cling to God for strength everyday as you fight little by little to reach goals and overcome your depression. Even if it is a long road to get to where you would like to be, don’t give up thinking about how long it will be, but enjoy the day God has given you today. That was something that really helped my day to day joy and contentment; being thankful and working with what God has given me everyday, even if that doesn’t feel like a lot. Thank you so much for blessing my day with your words, and I pray for God’s presence to be very real to you during this time. ❤️

I lost 2 fingertips on my yarn holding hand 2 weeks ago and the bandages are coming off this weekend. All the other one-handed videos were dominant hand solutions, so while inspirational, they didn't solve my conundrum. The English knitting style crochet method might work, but I was looking for something more focused on a yarn holding solution (aside from a system of levers and pulleys, lol). I've been crocheting for 15 years and want to adjust what i already do rather than learn a whole new method. I would have liked to see some rows being put on because I'm having a hard time visualizing that, but this is a great start, so thank you! 😊

I found your excellent dollhouse rug video and ended up subscribing. You are more accomplished at crafting, and, in fact most things, with one hand, than I am with two. Great content I'm loving it! Crochet is something girls of my age (granny aged) had to do at school, boys had wood, metalwork and technical drawing and girls had Cooking, home economics and needlework, this was in the 1960s. I have always been able to do it but my tension is a bit moody and I think I need to try a bit harder after seeing you do crochet. I do love it because its super relaxing and you can make things for your miniatures. Thank you again for your great content! From the little I have seen of you, I dont think there are many things that you havent figured out how to do. I get the feeling that sentence was a bit odd. I mean to say you seem like the kind of person who doesnt give up easily which is a wonderful trait to have going into adulthood. I wish you all the best and look forward to more videos.
