If you get the Darnell Bros Factory for 2.3 million you can start up The Fine Art File and there’s a setup called Facial Recognition you can get it by going through the mission and if it’s at Chumash then you’ve got the lawnmower now just go down after finding the guy and scanning his face steal the lawnmower remove the cops are there you go you have a lawnmower now
