I really need the Lord's help. I've dealt with this debilitating self-hatred for years, and it wasn't a long time ago since I began thinking about suicide. I've gone to therapy and luckily was able to connect with a Christian therapist as well as a spiritual guide, but there are still some nights like this one where I go back to that same mindset. I'm grateful your video came to me at the right moment. I think God was really trying to get to me through you so I hope I can finally put all of this to rest and actually learn to love myself the way God loves me.

I disagree that you need to love yourself, we already do love ourselves more than anyone or anything else even if we don't FEEL love TOWARDS ourselves (Luke 6:32). I think we need to not be ashamed (Hebrews 12:2, Matthew 25:25, Genesis 3:10), and approach God how we are (Hebrews 4:8-16), trusting in HIS character (1 John 4:10, Isaiah 64:6-8), and being led into obedience by rest and joy through Jesus Christ in God. Notes Jesus dies for me in the cross, He knew i was still going ti sin but still forgave me Jesus can not define us from sin, so why do you? Some people don't love themselves they do not keep up with the promises that makes sense tonthemselves.

9:50 TV shows teach people be negative and nasty to each others. News channels promotes anxiety. It would be good to reduce these or completely stop watching.

God really used you to speak to me. I had to leave my medical field job in July 2024 because they would not give me Sundays off for church. I started school again December 2024 & I’ve been looking for a part time barista job since that is what has been keeping me afloat in my unemployment season. I started a small business from home with my espresso machine where people order for pickup from my house. I also have been a barista for years! Nobody is hiring me at their coffee shops!! ☕️ 😢 I need to leave it up to God & stop trying to control my life in these ways. I know the Lord will provide for me because He gave me the idea to start my business. I need to trust in Him further in giving me my next job 💞 even if it’s not what I expect. His plan is better than mine.

It's so important that you're talking about this, Bella. I've in a cycle since past year where I just feel like I mess up all the time and have to accept that I just lost a lot of time and chances to be better. Spiritually, I even stopped praying and reading my Bible, even though I've through some changes externally, like getting a job for the first time as I live far from my parents in another city. I just felt like everything was happening, but nothing was happening here inside. No actually huge growing or evolving into a better person, because I'm stuck in the same habits I have since the pandemic and it destroys me and my vision of self worth. That really affects how I perceive God, when I think he's just as mad at me as I am at myself. Thank you for this video, love, you truly made me reflect and gave me the urge to get back to my father ❤️
