i am now 2 weeks post op and just a small update on how things going what im eating etc.

Its finally here after 2 years of waiting i have finally had the surgery and i go through my day of surgery up to my 7th day on how it went and how its going.

My last week of my liver reducing diet before my surgery on Monday and this week on holiday with family and friends at center parcs.

I got through the list of activites i really want to do when loose enough weight and update on my 2nd week of LRD.

This is my list of my top 6 fears going into having gastric sleeve surgery with the nhs with the plan to do a follow up video 6 months after operation to look back on them see what if any were true.
