From our instagram video archive, we tour this 16x42 lake house that is in progress. This one close to our standard cabin plan but it has few special customizations. One end has a wrap around porch, and we bumped the walls into what would normally be porch area to make a second bathroom. Check back in the future for the finished photos, we can't wait to show it to you!

Are the ceilings not insulated or is there insulation under the pine?
There is insulation under the pine. We can get r30 with standard insulation and more if spray foam is used.
Are y'all able to build in Arkansas. I want a dog trot house like that.
We can absolutely send a kit to Arkansas! You'd need to find a local contractor to help assemble it.

Very nice, I was disappointed there was no price reveal though. Very nice isn't usually cost effective for most of us, but would like to know. Especially on todays market.
Whoever decorated the home could be an interior decorator. It's not my particular taste, but it's professional quality (except for all the lame "Roll Tide" stuff)
