Great video. I will be heading out there in a few months. Did you request that specific room? Did you get the Adultos and that’s why you had a butler?
Yes, we specifically booked this room for our trip. Since this room is only located at Casa de los Artistas we were provided with their butler service. I believe if you are staying in this casa specifically, you will still be provided with a butler since it is such an exclusive building. The “Adultos” rooms are only at Casa de los Artistas. I’m happy to help if you have any other questions!

Looks awesome, I have been to Hotel Xcaret several times but never to the Jr Suite!
We had an amazing time and will most definitely visit again as a family probably at one of their other hotels. The Jr Suite offers a few more accommodations and perks that makes your stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. I think the best perk was having two private butlers who were very nice and providing 24/7 service to the room. We actually had a group chat on WhatsApp during our stay with myself, my boyfriend and both butlers so they were easy to contact right away.
I definitely noticed the huge discount I was wondering is there a website or a place to get these coupons? Thank you.
I get the vendor coupons from my boyfriend who works in the grocery industry. They’re usually coupons for a free product that just hit the market. You can still get coupons online from different websites that gives you a few dollars off an item, haven’t found anywhere online that offers free item coupons. If I do I’ll tag your comment for sure!
How are you able to get so much for so little cost?
The total would’ve been around $220! But I used about $90 worth of coupons and other discounts. If you can manage to pause at the very end, you’ll see the receipt showing all of the discounts brining the total cost to just about $130!
