Sharing my experience here just so the importers can make an informed decision. This company is an absolute scam. Their whole shipping process was so horrible. I had to pay over $100 in customs duty. When I reached out to the support team they mentioned that they will refund that money soon. The plants were dead on arrival. When I reached out with pics they mentioned that their team will work on it and share a resolution. They offered to send replacements when I order again. I told them I wasn't going to order again given the experience and requested a refund for the dead plants and customs duty. They said their team will get back to me soon. Months passed by and no response - just a standard response that their team is working on it. 6 months passed and I stopped hearing from them. I tried to reach out to PayPal, they said they can't do anything since the order was over 180 days ago. I then realized that this company was just giving me false hope to avoid a dispute via PayPal. If your plants arrive in a bad condition, file a claim via PayPal immediately. Do not delay, you'd just be ghosted by this scamming
