@@fearknot7 a guy I know has a 73 Satellite 440, restored last year and it's for sale (it's in my last video). Unfortunately, the price is too high for me. The problem is that I'm from Croatia and here in Europe I've only seen one 73 Roadrunner besides this Satellite. They are very rare here.

It actually ended up working. I let it sit about 6 hours and then poured hot water down the drain in another video.

The tick has drastically reduced. I bought the car for 1k and it had sat for a year. Two oil changes and oil treatment has reduced the tick by 70% noise.

@@fearknot7 thanks bought mine last week getting the sludge out by hand.

I add it during. It takes 4.1 quarts of 5W20. I put in 3 and added the Lucas. The noise went down quite a bit. But these Kias just make noise. It's the timing chain or tensioner. These 2.0's are famous for it.

@@fearknot7 imma put some in my 2010 Honda Accord V6 some time it burns a little oil

It took the tick away. I changed the oil a week later and added a quart of Lucas and it completely quit.

You're right. Lucas Oil is definitely not a permanent fix but the product does seem to work well.

@@fearknot7 yea as a matter of fact my dirtbike has quieter valve noise and higher compression from the lucas

I wouldn’t recommend it on newer engines and especially not 4 cylinders but on tires older v8s it’s completely fine it won’t hurt them.

Right! But I hadn't had the car long when I made the video. Less than a day. I'll detail it if the motor stays together.

Just bought one as well making the same noise got it like a week ago how has it done since then at the store now buying everything it the oil because I got a oil change already

@Auset Divine I have since changed the oil again and used a quarter of Lucas Oil Stabilizer. I can honestly say that the Lucas has quieted it down significantly. I can't say it will work for yours, but I will substitute a quart of oil for a quart of Lucas in this car from now on.

I only had the car about 8 hours at this point. It's going to get cleaned up and maintained if the motor doesn't give out.

I will. I just bought the car for 1k. Haven't had it long at all. I'll certainly keep that in mind. Thank you.
