If we beat more time then will it loose its fluffiness?? I just made it n in start of beating its fluffy , doubled in volume,but after 4-5 min it looses its stiff peaks,can you guide me ?? N moreover my tutti fruity sinks into bottom..can you guide me why dies it sink to bottom?
No if you reach a stiff peak it won't lose its texture..if you have extreme heat type weather can take a bowl of cold water or ice cube when you beat ..it will help you
