Could you please type out how you are doing the interpolation value setting? Impossible to see and you never clicked on the arithmetic editor. You are saying something like class divided by the number of classes minus 1? Really struggling with the syntax / understanding why its that complicated thing instead of just like a button or setting. Many thanks!

You can tell FME which att you want in the output if you are using a schema feature (that you can manipulate) in dynamic mode.

The geopackage thing is not a bug. It only appears to people that don't read the prompts on the screen. You were trying to insert a vector geopackage but were selecting GeoPackage Tile which is a raster format 🤣🤣🤣 And the log just shouts this out but you don't bother reading it 🤣😂🤣😂 Happens daily to gpkg users

RE: the Live Chat question about a hypothetical file that would have data in different encodings in it - we’re not aware of any file format that does allow this, at least not in anything like CSV or text. The encoding, in all the cases we’re aware of, is at the file level. Similarly for a database - what we’ve seen is the encoding at a connection level, or whole database level. But that said, if we ever encounter anything where the encoding changes per column or mid stream, provided we have the spec and our reading code understands this, our infrastructure would totally be happy and fine to have that happen.

Thanks for choosing my question for "question of the week". The solution to my problem was actually very trivial and only involved setting the output directory and filename variable in the FME Text editor.

Hi Mark, fyi the resolution only goes up to 720. The screen is blurry and you cannot make up the text on the transformers etc. Maybe need to tweak your recording settings for the next episode :)
