I take my last comment. After reviewing again, why put the outdoor dining table? There is no outdoor kitchen or view. The layout is horrible at this price point.

Who ever staged the house failed! The sectional is way too big for the space. There is barely any space to walk around it. This house would be okay if it were staged properly.

We signed an agreement for nearly $2 million in Fields Frisco, primarily due to the location. However, I have to say that this floor plan is disappointing, especially the secondary bedrooms, which have single pane window and would require artificial light even during the day. The construction has not begun but Toll Brothers isn’t willing to add more windows, even for an extra cost, which is frustrating. I’m starting to wonder if we made the right choice with Toll Brothers.

I really like the side entrance. It makes so much sense to me. I've never liked having a room right off the entryway in a traditional front entrance. Now that room in the front of the house feels so much more private.
