What will do if forgot to add salt in idly batter and started cooking
Madam, if it has already started cooking, then there are very few things that you can do: 1. After the idlis have steamed, cut each into 4 and make masala idlis out of them. 2. Use a tooth pik and make 7 to 8 holes on each idli, and sprinkle salt water on top of each idli. After sprinkling, allow it to steam on medium flame for 15 mins. Hope this helps

For how many days can we store this batter in fridge or should we use it up immediately
This must be used up as soon as possible. Max 1 day atmost, after repairing it. Hope this helps :)

If it still exists, it is best to discard as it may not be edible/variety. Hope this helps

Why is my besan barfi sticking to the tray/barfi mould at the bottom? When slicing it out of the tray it it breaking from the bottom. Any idea why?
The besan barfi is sticking to the tray because of the following reasons: 1. The besan would not have been roasted well with the ghee. 2. The sugar syrup may not have been in the 1 string consistency. We have prepared a video of 1 string consistency using jaggey. You can just replace it with Sugar You can watch our video on 1 string consistency here - ruclips.net/video/MOqkUHu8V3o/видео.html 3. You may have cooked the besan mixture for less time. When you roll the besan mixture into balls, it should not stick to the fingers. Cooking it well, will ensure this happens. Hope this helps. Please feel free to write to us in case of anything else.

When we feel.loss in our fat in one month
Yes u begin to feel it in about 3 weeks
Then you will end up eating dead insects. Give some tips to evict the live insects out.
Thank you for your comment. Each time we use rice, please ensure to wash it. While washing the rice, these insects would float on the top and get discarded when the water is drained off. Hope this helps :)

Can we consume directly soaked ones ? I live in hostel and your answer can be helpful for me
As u r in hostel if there is a facility of microwave, then add water till it's covered completely add little salt and turmeric cook for 2 mins time and then. Consume in cooked form. Better for ur gut health in a salad form. Or pressure cook for three whistles with salt and turmeric and consume.

Mam.... your tips are useful but if we not have bread at that time, what's alternative?
You can try two things then: Soln 1: If you do not have a stock of bread try roasting besan powder till raw smell dissappears then add little salt and the roasted besan to the soggy filling. Nicely mix, all the water gets absorbed u will get perfect consistency to make balls. Soln 2: Powder poha nicely and mix well repeat the above process. U will get perfect filling balls.

Just eat it. Ain’t no fixing overcooked rice
Apologies for the late reply. Its best for you to convert this rice either into the conventional curd rice or say the South Indian dish Pongal. The overcooked rice will be ideally fit for this. Hope this is useful.

I mistakenly added an extra spoon of ghee...nd now its runny....how to fix it??
You can refrigerate it so that the consistency becomes thicker and then you can start making the ladoos by applying fried besan on the hands. If you feel the above tip is not working, fry extra besan and add it to the mixture. Little more sugar could be added. Cool it down and start making ladoos
