I have a small question regarding the SILAC use can we incorporate the heavy or light amino acid during differentiation of hiPSC or its very necessary to make the cell to undergo passaging upto 5-6 time. Because once we start differentiation we cant passage them so can you please guide me in his regard.Many thanks Aviseka
