You're pronouncing "Marron" and "Brun" wrong. Ce n'est pas comme ça qu'on le prononce en français

Should be j'ai les yeux/cheveux not 'des'
Usually, it's "les yeux cheveux", but some people do say "des cheveux", but it's not so common. For example, Alexa, a French teacher uses it. Both are correct in French, so she's not incorrect.

Personnellement j'ai toujours dit brun, l'utilisation dépend surtout des régions, en Alsace, en Suisse et en Belgique on dit brun pour tout ce qui est "brun ou marron", dans le reste de la France c'est marron qui est préféré.
