if you’re not careful you can turn into an orderly if you go way too fast and end up in the 2nd part of the asylum quickly you will despawn and turn into an orderly, game will most likely crash.

After I ran into this problem, I reloaded my save, closed the game, and then progressed in Cook's Crush + collected a bunch of optional items, changed my hair/clothes, and then did the out of bounds glitch to actually get the go kart. I used the go kart to pick up items like in the video and it worked. I cant say the go kart was for certain the fix, because theres plenty of things that could have changed it, but this would be worth trying if you think this video might be bs. If you're on chapter 3 doing this mission and cant get the go kart due to Blue Skies being locked out until further story progression, look up TheNathans video about how to get the Go Kart in chapters 2, 3, and 4. It works on all versions of the game and is pretty simple. Plus its nice to have the go kart asap because traversing is so much easier and way more fun.

Using that glitch to unlock the go-kart in Chapter 2 was clever

I like Glitches when it comes to going faster in the game during speedruns, But sometimes I kind of find it between boring and kind of fun to see it
