Reassembling the Engine- Yamaha YZF-R125- Part 1.
Missed you Super M!! So lovely to see your vids again 😊
Thank you, I will try keep on going again as much as I can.
For anybody asking. Its a 19mm allen key down the center of the fork tube.
Ok ok, so what tools do i need to undo the bottom bolt? It looks like you have a large Allen key with a socket on the end, did you use a 60cm tbar to hold it in placd while undoing the bolt? I dont have a 60cm tbar but i need to replace a blown seal
I only used the large allen key, I was fortunate enough that it came loose without needing anything else. In theory, you should be able to remove it the same way. Let me know how you get on.
Awesome video Super M!! 🙂
Thanks for the visit
Do you know where to place sticker number 38 on the rsr set?
Yes, they go on the head restraint part of the driver seat. Check pages 84-86 in the instruction book.
What are you using to hold the bike steady just the stand?
Yes just the stand

Thank you for watching.
How do you remove the top cap? I havent been able to do it
It's a bit tricky, there is a circlip in there. You need to push the brass part down to get the circlip out, after that everything will slide out. Let me know how you go.
@@supermshobbies1680 yeah, I kinda know how it is suposed to go but I cant press the cap down enought time to get out the clip
That's the problem is it is difficult to press down long enough for you to get the clip out. I used a vice and got my wife to hook the clip out while I pushed the cap down.
@@supermshobbies1680 yeah, thats not the worst of the ideas Ive had so Ill try and see what I come up with tomorrow! And thanks man
No worries man, I hope you manage to get it right. Please let me know how you get on.
Nice short, this build looks cool! Thumbs up from another LEGO RUclipsr! 👍

How much oil need to put ?
It is around 250ml per fork for this bike.

Thank you for watching. It has been a really awesome build.
Cant wait for it to be finished!
Thanks for watching. Yeah, it will be finished in the next few days.
Don't you need that big key in the middle of the fork to disassemble? You just need to loosen the screw at the bottom ??
Hi, it depends. I was lucky and didn't need to use one as it came loose without it. I just managed by loosening at the bottom and I've never had any problems doing it like this.
@@supermshobbies1680 ok bro , I’ll try …👍
