You’re right! This is an older video and I do make a second video now outlining that process. However, this assembly was very easy, basically just put a few bolts in and you’re good to go

So if you needed to preheat to 400F, would you just run it for 5 minutes on 400F or something? No preheat seems like an incredibly bad design flaw.
Yeah they say 5 mins gets it to whatever temperature you choose. I’ve been using it for months and that has worked well for me
