Why garage you may ask?
Think of it this way, you take your car to the garage for maintenance or to repair something that stopped working properly. Well, at the human garage, we do the same thing. We use ancient medicine to maintain and restore body functionality that we lose over time as a result of age or sickness.
Our series are Fascia Manipulation, Chiropractic, Nutrition ( C.A.R.E.S), and Recovery exercises (Strength training, TOEGA i.e. Tai Chi, Earthing on the sand of different textures. Cold therapy, vacuum oxygen therapy)
