I had the incredible opportunity to witness the grand opening day of the mango harvest season. The atmosphere was electric as the hardworking laborers gathered in the heart of the orchard for a festive celebration. They cooked a delicious and sweet wheat halwa, locally known as daliya, that filled the air with an irresistible aroma.
