G'day guys. Hope all is well. I'm heading back to the Philippines in a couple of weeks to see Maria again 🙂 Spent 5 nights on Gili last year, beautiful island and great diving but found it way too touristy for me and the loud speaker screaming all hours of the day and night outside the room didn't help. Question I am intrigued to know about the effects of the huge rice diet on local cats and dogs in Asian countries and health issues like diabetes. Have the local cats and dogs evolved to tolerate a rice diet?

what do you mean No plates, No pins, No wires?? Cant you order Basic Equipment for veterinary clinic? i think it's absured to amputate the leg because of it! i always wondering....if it was our own children.....we could make this decision???
I understand your view ... unfortunately the cats owners had no funds to pay for the required equipment to be ordered, and the clinic is a charity clinic reliant wholly on donations so find it challenging to provide even the basic care ❤️

You may not know that the Australian government is doing the spay and neuter in the Philippines! From education to economy the Philippines is friendlier compared to other Asian countries which treat animals horrible cruelty.
