Follow along for Finish the Year Strong: The Consistency Challenge
We're doing the same full-body resistance training workout 1-3x/week for the month of October, with an option to add in an at-home cardio style workout that will be released every Monday. We're going to follow this program through into the beginning of the New Year so that we can finish 2024 stronger than we started. The focus of October will be balance, November's focus will be endurance and we'll focus on strength in December.
It is my goal to help other moms finally find consistency with exercise by following a simple routine that allows you to focus on all that you have to GAIN from finding a consistent exercise routine. I think that there's a lot of information out there when it comes to health & fitness, and there's thousands of trainers telling you all you need to do, but I believe what we really need is to return to the basics, find consistency and learn to appreciate our bodies.

12 Minute Core Cardio
Welcome to your 12 minute core cardio workout!
This is a quick, low-impact workout that will work your full body with an emphasis on firing up your core. There is no equipment needed for this workout, and there is no jumping.
There are 6 moves in this workout, 45 seconds per movement followed by 15 seconds of rest and we'll do the whole things two times through. We'll be moving from a standing exercise to an exercise on the floor throughout the circuit to keep our heart rate up. We will move quickly through the movements and there is minimal reest, so be sure to go at a pace that is challenging for you where you aren't compromising your form.
