Started out on a '78 CX500 in '86, had a CX500D and a GL500. I moved on over time, but they were fun bikes for their days.

For those of us with the Speaker Switch, installing this radio means losing to ability to turn of the speakers and listen through headphones/ear buds.

LOVE these bikes! I have a '81 GL500 that is absolutely among my favorite bikes that I've ever owned. Great little machine!

Had two convertibles and two hard tops. My 68 140 had all the suspension and steering goodies . Ate 4 cyl Porches for lunch. Put 14 wheels on back and the first Mickey Thompson wide ovals. It was amazing. Had a 66 180 Corsa with ac2 barrel and wrapped exhaust. Clocked at 140 by a State Trooper.😇

Growing up, our family had a 64 Monza convertible (110), later on I had a 66 Corsa convertible (140). My Mom worked at a tire store and was given a free set of Michelin radials, it was funny seeing mechanics shake their heads when my five foot and a bit mom tried to tell them the tires weren't flat. ;-D

Love this bike, now we're spoiled with so many high horsepower cruisers. Friend of mine rode a 50-55 HP bike to different states with no issues. I'm spoiled I drive a '99 Valkyrie.
