I also sell on Ebay on an individual account, would it be more tax efficient for me to create another ltd company to sell on Ebay or would it be best to use my current company?

Currently I'm strugling with searching products, and the variations analyzes are driving me crazy. i never know if i'm doing well in the analysis, because sometimes i think the i've found a gook product, but then i realize it was just a page that actually is different products , but the names are different. Any recommendation, to organize better the researching method, or even be careful with possible mistakes in the process?

I'm sorry to hear that somebody gave you a bad review because of the packaging. Amazon Vine's policies explicitly calls out that they do not allow reviews to focus on things like shipping and packaging. Hopefully if this person has been making a habit of giving bad reviews for "non-ecofriendly" packaging they have been removed from the program.

If you sell “personal possessions” HMRC states the tax threshold is £6000 whereas if you sell “goods bought or made specifically to sell on” then the tax threshold is £1000. I don’t get how they determine this? How can they decide if a second hand jacket in your wardrobe is a personal possession or a good sold for profit if you have none of the receipts? It makes no sense, yet of course they will take the default standpoint that you’re selling for profit
