My suggestion, I would say reach out to the closing attorney who will have to officially execute the transaction and ask them the best option in regard to this matter. Since in the state of GA we typically execute closings with an attorney. Sorry, I couldn’t be of more help, but don’t want to lead you down the wrong path.

How has everything been going with your recent purchase? WOW, 10K homes being built? That is a lot. @@Clarktherealtor it’s ok! They are doing better ones now.. I believe like 4.99… but I was truly blessed w my deal, no down payment nor any money for closing. TM paid it all. Thank God. I got like $8K back at closing.. I bought in the peak of the season in April.. closed in June.. now they are more desperate and I think the earnest money now for TM is $50🤣.. mine was $5K. Yes, 10K homes… they have like 10 builders now.. I have some warranty stuff they are fixing 🤦🏾‍♀️Yes, Denver is beautiful besides when we have snow storms 😩.. @ oh that is good, and got money back at closing, even better. 😂 not $50 for the EM. They want to make sure they get people in all those homes. But, it’s good that you were able to get a good deal on your home. And, stay on them about fixing those items under your warranty. Oh, yea that snow and cold weather probably get crazy in the winter.🥶 I have just been to Denver twice, but not during the winter months.

I think they are doing 2.75 for the 1st year and ending at 4.99… ppl love the mountains here. Ohhh okay! You came during the good weather! What about a friend living in your house that won’t leave? Any laws for that?

@ if the friend has been living there for a few weeks to a month & more you would have to go through the eviction process. Outside of that there hasn’t been anything else I personally know of that can remove a friend or person from the house legally without the police trying to arrest you as the homeowner or formal person on a lease if you are renting.

@@andreagibson9050 However, not sure what state you are in. I am guessing GA. But, if you are not every state has different laws, so I would say ask a local real estate professional in your state/city .. ask them about tenant/landlord laws, because once a person has lived in your house for a while they now become an official tenant.

Hi @@chocolatebutterfly9295 this particular property is not available any more. In McDonough right now some 3 bedrooms (if that is what you are looking for) is starting at $1,575 ranging to $4K. That is for a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath + house.

@@london_trapp I always tell people to talk to a financial advisor and mortgagor in regard to buying a house after filing bankruptcy. However, typically it is the same even if you owned a house or not. A bankruptcy can sometimes mess up your credit. So, you would probably need to rebuild that and so on. But always talk to a financial advisor and mortgagor because everyone's situation is different.
