Find out what your strengths are and highlight them, and always work on your weaknesses. Making a baseball team is very difficult. My dad was an all American and got signed with the Red Sox, but got injured after his first year playing a different sport. Some of it is chance and luck but hard work is the foundation. I hope you can find your dreams
