I do similar questions weekly, not to anyone, just myself. Ex: After Action Review of the week. 3-5 wins for the week. How are did I get on my weekly goals? (Typically 3 goals per week that work towards an annual or quartet goal) What worked? What didn’t? What will I continue? What will I change? Gonna add this quarterly!
I just actually did this exercise this week without even knowing it and cut out some things that are no longer serving me and give me more time to focus on my business so thank you for the reinforcement🎉🎉
