True when I left the army, I said the film industry was like the army if the Army treated the lowest ranking person the worst. in the army lowest ranking eat first ,has equipment before everyone & are taken care of before the leaders because they have the least ability to do that for themselves. The film industry is the opposite. No one has respect for anyone unless they are above them. I try to remember on set: Only the weak are petty.
