Hey there. Yes FS realistic works but it's a bit buggy sometimes. Well if comes to the landing I was stalling at touchdown:) I dont know how much slower I can do to be honest. It is what it is and every landing is different. I'm trying to keep it real and post honest flights. Well i could do the perfect flight and then upload it but what's the point. @@flightdirectorr It is just for giving some advice as I have a SPL+TMG licence. That's all, The PC6 fly at extremely low speed. Search on YT some video and you will see how slow you can land it. In my airport the launch parachutes from 1800 mt and then they dive almost vertically toward one of the three runway and flare at very low speed but on the mainwheeels, not on the tailwheeel. They drop the tail only later at the last moment when at almost zero speed the tail go down.

You need to change path to your community folder when installing porter. Did you do that?

FSLTL works in MSFS 2024 as it was in 2020 version ...Just install it and it's done. Remember you only need FSLTL's airplane models not the injector. BATC injects traffic in to simulator

@flightdirectorr I would like to add that I've been following BeyondATC for some time, and I think it is a manifestly excellent add-on. I intend to purchase it just as soon as I get my broadband sorted out! Assuming they fix the barking, - wouldn't it be great if they gave the option to keep it in, and add a visual model of a little French Bulldog running around? 🤣

There is no free version of BATC...Just freeware voices and premium voices. The only diffrence beetwen them is quality of the voices. In my video you hear freeware voices as i wanted to keep it real. Once you buy BATC you get traffic as well no matter which type of voices you use.

Yes according to BATC these are real flights. Sids and stars you get from simbrief and ATC just following your flight plan. You have to have flight plan done in simbrief to load BATC

We used to have it so they waited for the full readback before taking off, but we found during testing this small extra bit of time would cause compounding delays and result in massive traffic jams. This small change kept the flow of traffic moving efficiently, even at the cost of realism. Sometimes a video game is more about user experience and flow more than realism, so we take these choices very seriously - but ultimately for this one, this small change helped in a big way.

lol tell that to Southwest pilots. This is actually slow for them. We all taxi faster than people think.

They taxi at a maximum of 30kts on straight paths, and 5-15 kts on turns depending on the angle. This is physically calculated using their mass, acceleration and movement delta, so the number should be perfectly mathematically accurate.

was just reading something extra on the BATC discord. seems that the best liveries option currently for msfs24 is the fsltl ones. Someone said that AIG liveries and models have no animations (no landing gears, no flaps, etc), FSTrafiic might not work at all, and fsltl the only issues reported is the barking sound on external camera, which BATC has a temporary fix for it, and the lights are not 100% good, as they do show the light beams, but not he light sources (cant see the "bulbs" in the airplanes), so it seems fsltl is the more "complete" liveries pack for BATC on msfs24.

I have the base models installed yet says can’t find flight sim on pc. I have a c main drive and flight sim is on the D drive as much bigger. Also BATC says no models found. As you can imagine quite confused. I have the steam version and the deluxe version. Full ATC product as well. Anyone’s help would be appreciated ty

@@twarog6825 are the files inside C:\Users[Your Username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\Packages\Community ? you can also use the ms addon linker app and have the addons in a separate folder and link the app to that community folder and should work. also, out of curiosity, are you the farming twarog? :p

Hey Pete! Thank You for your comment:) Yes everything you said here is 100% truth... Flying in PNG is no joke. It's fun but difficult. I make mistakes and I'm not trying to hide it. Unfortunately PNG comparing to other parts of the worlds looks average at most. Also a lot of airstrips is broken due to three's sticking out at the final approach. Good news is that a lot of airstrip addons from MSFS 2020 works well with 2024 version:) Have a great day Pete

I believe FSLTL is only needed for the models.

Thank You for your comment. Yes you need FSLTL to work with BATC traffic. But you only run FSLTL models of the airplanes without injector. BATC injecting traffic to MSFS

as far i read, any of those addons are used with BeyondATC only for the textures and models, none of them will run their own traffic injector, its the injectors that are not yet compatible with msfs24, and they are needed to "force" the textures and models into the game, but BATC injector picks them up and can force them on its own, so you can use fsltl, aig or fstraffic on msfs24 ONLY for the textures along with the BATC traffic injector. Also read that AIG has the most ammount of liveries, but i cant figure how to get them working, but i am very noob regarding to msfs modding or 3rd party apps as i havent played previous titles. only flying game i done was elite:dangerous lol.

Have a feeling I need msfs20 installed, get aig into it and then copy whatever folders it created on msfs20 community I to msfs24 community..... Dont yet have batc, but been following and next week I probably will get it and use msltl liveries.

Hey there. Thank You for your comment. In PNG there is a lot of places with no going around due to lenght of the runways. Once you are commited to landing that's it:) I'm trying to stall due to weight of the airplane as I'm always super heavy and just wanna make sure i will stop before end of the runway. This is beauty of flying in PNG. Runway in this video was long comparing to diffrent places:)

Hey there. Thank You for your kind word and i'm glad you like the video. Few things i have noticed. Screen of the autopilot is a bit dark and you can't see altitude and heading very well. ITT gauge as you saw in the video is not working as it should. There is no visible pilot and co-pilot. Another thing is in sunny day under some angles them windows are way to dirty and scratched - probably something to do with the lighting of the sim...You can see this in first video of the porter I posted. Other than that everything is working as it should:) I will mention this topic in my next video

Yeah bro beyond ATC is game changing if comes to ATC in the simulator. What i love about it it that it understands you even if you mumble to your mic:)

Yeah as i said in the video i used freeware voices just to keep it real. If you want human like voices you can have them in your sim no problem:)

The real AI voices are excellent.

voices on the base version are still computer generated (text to speech) like the ones used for google maps or phone assistants (usually not much noticeable as they are meant for short phrases, but more noticeable on bigger sentences), while the premium voices i believe it uses recorded voices or are also computer generated BUT much better quality (like siri or alexa digital voices) and you have to "top up" to use premium voices as they are from dedicated servers from their respective providers. Premium voices i believe can also provide regional/national accents, so you can fly to an airport in japan and hear the ATC talk to you with a japanese accent, or a pilot from a french company contact atc and have a french accent, or a new york accent, or a texas accent, etc.

small correction since only at the end of the video i understood that it was ALL recorded with free voices, so regional accents are also present on the free voices as we could hear from the japan airlines plane right at the start. just might be harder to understand due the "robotic" sound of the free voices.

You can turn down Character voices to 0 in options. ATC still will be there you just not gonna hear it

Wish i knew that. Airplane came this way...It wasn't my girlfrient anyway:) Don't know how to get rid of that dirt and scratches. It's driving me crazy

@@flightdirectorr Have you checked if the airplane needs maintenance?! I have noticed that the more you use some of MSFS24's planes, the more wear and tear they accumulate, not sure if it works with imported planes but might worth taking a look. If you bought the plane for your company just go to your hangar or fleet, or whatever it is called and check the plane's condition there.

Yes just checked but it wasn't it unfortunately. I think it has something to do with msfs version. This one was released for msfs 2020 and 2024 has diffrent reflections. Them windows should be dirty but not as much. Thank You for the idea tho it was worth a try
