@@deniseg4028 Hi! I ended up not keeping the textured leather and I definitely do regret it. The smooth leather is not as carefree as I would like it to be. If I come across another textured leather bag then I will buy that version instantly. I don’t have a lot of blemishes on the bag however there are a few other than those the bag is holding up ok. Hi Jessica! My bag did come with some small indentations which I believe was due to how the bag was packaged. There was another user who commented that she received a perfect bag from Dillard’s warehouse which was properly packaged and still in manufacturers wrappings so I definitely feel like there’s hope to receiving a perfect bag. Hi Ericka! I ended up returning this bag in particular because the front was damaged (creasing on the front bottom corner). I do still have the Grey Blue version and have not experienced any issues with the rivet or hardware. I hope that this helps. If you have any other questions please let me know 😊
