did you get the Torque app to work? if yes what OBDII adapter did you use, I'm having problems getting mine to talk to the obd2 port using usb cable

GREAT video! Thanks. I have a set of FRS seats an another set of EVO X RECARO seats siting in my garage, now I can move forward with installing either seat whichever I think or feel more comfortable with.

Just installed this, but for some reason the passenger window rolls all the down after I start the truck..help! what could be causing this? Every thing else seems to work properly.
@@IH8CAMPERS84 you might have a bad switch. I would see if it still happens if put the passenger side switch back to stock. That way you can narrow it down.
Gonna try that today, thank you for the response! if its a bad passenger switch i wonder if they would send a replacement. @mykospro
@@IH8CAMPERS84 they should be able to replace it. They have good customer service from what I’ve seen and have helped others out.

Those seats look sweet with the stock interior. How’s the comfort compare to the stock seats ?
They are more firm but still comfortable. More like a car seat than a plush truck seat if that makes sense.

Hey man I’ve been thinking about getting one how good is the reliability and things in that nature
I would stand by a 2nd gen Tacoma 100%. I do keep up with my maintenance, but I even feel like when people don’t it is still a tank of a truck. The maintenance is easy in my opinion and I feel like there’s a reason there are so many of the 05-15 trucks still out there.

@@RoundTownWithMike Oh no I didnt. You use the factory relay and run the wires a different way in order to achieve the any time fog. If you want to message me on IG ill be more than happy to help guide you thru it. Its super simple and Im not a fan of electrical stuff either.

Hey Mykos, been modeling my 2nd gen after your build. Just got km3s and a cmc today. Question about the lift - assuming 2 inches in front is obviously from your coilovers, for the rear is the 2 inches just from your icon leaf pack set to option 1?
Correct. Icon states it’s a 1.8” lift on option 1 with no load but I assume mine is roughly 1.75” with full size spare and rear bumper.

I actually had the spacers sitting in my tool box that were from something else. Sadly, I can’t remember what they were from. But the bolts and D rings can be picked up at a local hardware store or even Amazon.

Super nice truck 🤙🏽 If you’re looking for a new project there is a mod to the side mirrors to swap with 2010 4Runner mirrors which are exactly the same but have a puddle light in them that’s not to hard to wire up…it’s a pretty cool feature and on Amazon they sell blacked out mirror turn signals that are way brighter and look pretty good with a black truck. I did this to my wife’s truck similar to yours, because she was jealous of my Meso Custom mirror lights on my 3rd gen ✌🏽

There's a rubber boot on the driver side of the firewall that has wires run through it from the factory. Use that
