Hey everyone, today we're sharing our thoughts on these sweet chestnut kernels my mom ordered from an online shop yesterday. They just arrived this afternoon, so we thought we'd give them a try. The brand is Pearl, and these chestnuts come from Yanshan, a mountain range in Hebei, China.
Each pack is 100 grams, providing 716 kilojoules of energy, which is decent for a snack. It also has 4.5 grams of protein and a good amount of dietary fiber-5.6 grams to be exact. What’s interesting is that they have only 1.7 grams of fat and no sodium, making them a pretty healthy option if you're looking for something nutritious.
