Yes it does need to be active now for 60 days. It used to just be unlocked once paid off and you called and asked them to unlock it. All in all not bad either way but the fine print on making payments for the phone wants you to pay the full $1099 then they will refund you the promo and trade in which is wild to me.

@@Myo.mechanic I’m not sure if there is a way to turn it off if you are playing wired holding the home button for 2 seconds is the way to turn off that controller so that may work have you checked the app on pc or your phone?

@@EsRonetto yo if youre still around, the blitz 2 is definitly better, if not the same in every area. my only grip is the back buttons are pretty low on the controller and its hard to press them with big hands for some reason. but i hotglued some styrafoam to the buttons so its not as uncomfortable. perfect controller for aim and pressing the buttons other than the back ones with big hands.

@@YoEnemyVerse Currently using a G7 se, but ive used a Vader 3 pro, KK3 max, dualsense, and just a standard xbox controller in the past. They all are good/have disadvantages in different areas so im still on the hunt for a perfect controller lol

@@n64slayer I dont have the KK3 max anymore. Latency was SO bad with it wireless mode that I had to get rid of it. KK3 max is a great wired controller tho, but if you plan on playing wirelessly at any point do not get one

I will probably pick up the TMR version just to see how it compares to the ALPS sticks I've heard good things about the TMR sticks.

​@@YoEnemyVersetmr is the most overrated thing I've seen yet. It's just as overrated as PowerA controllers 💀 Hall effect is just as good but uses more power and I don't think anyone cares about power consumption very much.

​​@@n64slayer Follow the data. The Blitz has great test results for thumbstick accuracy with true deadzone. The TMR version is an upgrade from already great quality thumbsticks. The triggers are mechanical switches which people say are the best for F.PS. once you adjust to them. Don't forget Power A, has been using the same(now outdated) first version of HE thumbsticks in all their controllers. If the Blitz 2 performs well I will have mine custom painted.

But I went with the TMR one.

Go for alps if you play competitive fps games. Hall effect and tmr sticks are not accurate

Very few available controllers that use TMR sticks but they seem to be really good from what I've seen.

definitely better than standard potentiometer and the one hall effect controller I've used but i haven't tried TMR yet.

Thanks. I really only have an issue with unintended input occasionally but it only seems to happen in certain games. Once every 2 games or so in battlefield 2042 and i haven't had it happen anywhere else.

@@apervycat have you downloaded the software and went through the thumbstick calibration? If that doesn’t work I would try resetting it on the app to default settings then updating the software and calibrating again. Also Try asking on the r/Controller Reddit if that doesn’t work. Someone who knows more than me might be able to help you.

@@apervycat ok I misread that first comment I would still try resetting it to default settings are you using it wired or wireless? Press and hold the logo button for 10 seconds until the controller vibrates to reset it.

Glad to hear it, i returned my card and got a 3070 and haven't had any issues since.

No problems with the card I messaged them about the condition and they said I can return it but I just decided to keep it.

My 3070 is cooler and much more stable performance you should definitely be higher than 60fps in most games.

No I never tried that specifically but everything was normal on 3dmark and no issues in others games, frame times weren’t great but nothing like how awful it was on D2.

Thanks for the comment I returned the card and got an RTX 3070 and I have zero issues at all now I tried so many different things I didn’t try what you suggested though but after having the card for 2 months the holiday return window was almost up.

Everything that I've seen online has indicated that Destiny 2 is heavily CPU bound. Regardless, I honestly think the game has some weird stuff going on, I get random minimizes and I googled it and there's dozens of people with the same issue and no fix that works for everyone

I’ve seen similar but the nvidia card works flawlessly and I didn’t have to do anything at all I tried everything I found when looking up possible fixes and none of them worked.

@@YoEnemyVerse yeah it's unfortunate that AMD cards are more unstable than Nvidia cards. I actually mostly fixed my problem by cranking everything to high. When I finally got the overlay up and saw my GPU utilization so low I turned everything from medium/low with high textures to fully high settings. My fps average and the consistency jumped a lot. It's still pretty laggy in the most intense PVE content unfortunately, but it's a lot better now. I feel like switching to AMD is only a good idea for the people who really get computers, and I totally don't so I probably go back to Nvidia whenever I have extra cash. Though, when I had an Nvidia card before there were also certain games that didn't work as they obviously should. I think it's the nature of the PC as well, but I think there was less troubleshooting overall

@@YoEnemyVerseI mainly think that games are better optimised with NVIDIA due to their drivers. I watched this video to find out the performance of the 6700XT on D2, and I’m still most likely going to go with an AMD card. I’m thinking 5600X and a 7700XT. AM5 is too expensive, either that or an i5 13th gen with a 7700 XT.

No issues with the 3070 and haven’t even installed graphics drivers yet

I tried locking my fps with the 6700 xt and I still had drops to 30 or lower

Thanks for the reply I did try 200 below max and 100 and tried so many other things with no difference 1% lows aren’t very good in battlefield 2042 or halo infinite but better than destiny 2. I might just have to get a RTX 3060 TI I don’t know what else to do.

@@YoEnemyVerse i have a tunnel vision multikill clip roll that is pretty cool, but i REALLY like my encore + elemental capacitor roll on stasis. with arrowhead brake, accurized arounds, and a range mw. it just feels incredibly consistent

After how many engrams it took to get this one I quit focusing and said good enough I wanted dynamic or perpetual motion.
