Growlithe is programmed as a thunderstore or something like that in the old games, so if Pikachu levels up in battle and you swap to growlithe the game sees thunderstone.

Its rolling for the "divine intervention" spell in DND using percentile dice. 0-29% is a success (if you are max leveled/depending on house rules.) But roll a 30% or higher then you fail to earn your God's favor.

@@emmagrahm9685 98 is a failure for the wish roll. You typically want to roll a 20 or lower, but some dms allow 30 or lower depending on level

@@Lurvvy2012 in dnd there is a spell called Wish, roll a d100, and though it has low chances of success it can be a game breaker
