if the command prompt isnt working you have to run the command prompt as an administrator, you can do this by searching it in the taskbar and above the delete button will be "run as administrator"

IT WORKED, for those who didn't get it. You have to turn off zzz completely from task manager and open after typing code in cmd. That way It worked for me

Now as a contribution: Before running the command, save the mode it was set to, because if the problem is not solved, it is better to set it as it was by default, the command is: 1- netsh interface tcp show global Read the line that says: Receive Window Auto-Tuning Level: *status* In my case *status* was disabled, with the command I changed it to normal as the video and other websites say. 2- netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal 3- Check if it really changed: netsh interface tcp show global 4- Stop the download and completely close the "HoYoPlay" client, reopen it and "whoala", my download went from 1 MB/s static to a variable speed of 4MB/s - 10MB/s (my internet plan is 200Mbps, maybe my SSD is not that fast) Translated with google.

cheers, went from 200 kb or less with 90 hours, to 80mbps and 7 minutes, all cuz I got new internet and the network settings were not autotuned by default.

For me it helped going to the settings in the launcher and switching from "no limit" (in the download section) to Speed limit and entering the max (10240) KB/S. With this my download was done in a few seconds because it was actually doing downloads in MB and not KB
