Being a 35 year old gamer I've mostly been frozen on my chair since my job is in games also. So I'm gonna say that games affected my well-being physically. But that's my fault because I was sitting for hours and hours. You won't notice the damage when you are young, so take a break frequently to get off your chair and take a few steps at least.

Yes, Futuregames recently opened up in Warsaw, right in the same building as CDPR if I'm not mistaken!
