great video and recipe, I appreciated the historical context at the beginning of the video. thank you!
This is excellent for those who want gluten-free substitutes.🙏🙏
Absolutely. It's an absolute banger of a recipe, nice fluffy texture. Substitutes can sometimes feel disappointing.. No such thing here because it isn't really a substitution as much as it is an intentional dish created to be itself😊 let me know if you try it
🙏🙏
❤
👄👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🍒🙂⚜️🙏
Wat ….. 😮 I’d love to taste
Does it taste earthy 🤤🤤😋🤤😋
depends on the clay you use. Some are earthy, some smoky, spicy, nutty or musty etc
Is this healthy?
adding the clay does not make the ice cream any more or less healthy. The bigger concern here is the fact that you would be eating ice cream. However, excessive consumption of clay alone, like with anything else can be unhealthy. Otherwise, if you have access to a good quality clay, not a problem. :)
Thanks for not being negative towards clay, looks yum
اين يمكنني الحصول على طين نضيف و لذيذ بابيدجان من فضلك😢❤
I have no idea!. Best to ask the locals as I live in South Africa
À Abidjan l’argile (Kaolin Lokpo) est vendu en bordure de route et dans les marchés.
Wauw that does look like a delicious recipe, and a great new way to incorporate fonio and teff into a bake dish. I'd love to try this.
It's so good! Let me know if you ever try it!
What does it taste like
it is caramely, mildly earthy and gentle. The flavour also strongly depends on the clay you use. Some are smoky, some spicy or sweet or nutty.
I kinda try it tho
Iweeeeeee iweeeeee😂
Kkkk
You need to make documentaries. Your voice❤
Maybe one day! It is dream of mine. Thank you
Looks amazing! Where do you buy your West African ingredients?

You need to narrate books because you have a great voice🙏
Thank you. Let's start with your book maybe? :)
I will start working on my book then🙏🙏
These are exciting recipes.Thank you
WOW ,THANK YOU TAPIWA, THIS LOOKS GOOD .! Thank you for your recipes . I have always hated the peeling part since this fruit 's skin has got thorns/horns. Now I have just thrown it into the freezer, ,brilliant idea.. Now that I have found an easy way of peeling it I cant wait to make juice , jam ,relish, chutney etc.🙏By the way , I am commenting from sunny Durban in South Africa
fantastic stuff!!!! I am glad I could help. I discovered the freezing technique by mistake a few years ago, freezing watermelons. Turns out it works for many more fruits. SOme not so much
Yummy 😋
BRUH we have STRUGGLED to find buttermilk in Portugal. You can only buy it at the health stores for 70 rand for 500ml! This tutorial was timeous!

You are so gifted 🙀 How do you suggest we remove the shells from the seeds? Seems like it would take forever and hurt my fingers
Oh it is best to just buy the shelled seeds. They are very rarely sold still in the shell. And thank you for the compliment.
@@tapiwaguzhamade i dont recall ever seeing them in stores. Where do you buy yours?
Gonna try this
let me know how it goes.
