My name is Steve, it is very nice to meet you. I grew up in the sticks of Alberta, raised up on a farm. I really love the water. Any lake, river or stream will do and growing up in Alberta, you know i am not fussy. I enjoy kayaking and canoeing the most but am not against motor boats.
Fishing and hiking will be the prime focus of this page, but we will hopefully get out on a few hunts as well., and even touch on some gardening and preserving food over our long harsh winters.
I do not claim to be the best at anything I do, in fact I am just learning much of this as I go, I am open to constructive comments as long as they are informative to my viewers and I.
Quite simply, I am putting my passion out there for the world to see so we can grow and learn together.
We will be respectful, clean, and safe so that we can get the best out of what we do and leave little to no trace behind.

I'm not sure if it is, but the fish was still alive and swam away. Can't keep them at that lake unless they're over 63 cm, which is almost 25 inches. Even though that fish in my mind was definitely a keeper.

I just bought the 20 gauge version. 149.99 sportsman's warehouse. I'm not sure how long it's on sale. 12 gauge version is on sale also. At least that's what there went site shows. I bought mine Sunday.

@vashawndavis3072 You won't be disappointed, I went back and bought a second one with the 28" barrel, came with the choke and the plug, and it was on sale at Cabellas for $249.99. So now I have two of them.

Yes, and a 1000 round burn down that I watched as well. All in all, it's been a great gun so far. I now have two of them, 18.5" and a 28" field level.

Got about 10 feet for filming, I didn't want to scare them off. I was surprised they just kept on keeping on while I was filming. Cute to here his little squeaks and chewing noises.
