Hi. Am a year late in watching and just happened to come across your mukbang vlog. Nice. But seeing some of the comments here and your questions: hope i can be of some help here. Alll meat related dishes are Pakistani, in short. Why? Because these were introduced by the Muslim rulers and were mainly Muslim dishes and most of them originated in the part of the Subcontinent that is now Pakistan, thus calling them authentic Pakistani dishes. The vegetarian dishes are native to both Pakistan and India obviously. But the twist here again is in the street food or restaurant versions of vegetable dishes beef or mutton broth or something of the sort is added, especially on the street food version. Chicken tikka is a separate dish usually eaten with the raita (raa-e-ta) and salad because it is essentially BBQ you can say, on a skewer. Biryani is a rice dish again it is authentically Pakistani although it is made in India too in mainly Muslim majority areas. But Biryani is considered authentically Pakistani even by Indians although the original biryani stems from Iran, if i am not wrong. However Pakistani biryani is very different from the Iranian verson, of course. Not to mention there are so many types of Biryani both in India and Pakistan (more in Pakistan) and it really depends on your taste. Re spices getting in your mouth: whole spices are put in both karahi (the chicken karahi which btw shouldn't be that oily: the oil version is the street food version) and biryani and the black stick you kept removing is the cinnamon stick. you may even see a bay leaf sometimes and you will see black cardamom too in the form of whole spice in many dishes including biryani. Also note Biryani is made with basmati rice, native and unique to Pakistan only (yes, unfortunately the indian basmati rice is smuggled from pakistan via dubai and sold as indian), which is essential. Another rice dish that is completely different from Biryani is the Pulao (pilaf) which is a must try for Pakistani dishes try outs. All kebabs are Pakistani and Indian but again considered authentically Pakistani because this is the part of the subcontinent where due to majority Muslim population they "originated"...you have so many types of kebab depending on which city or province of Pakistan you are from: but the most popular that you can find everywhere in the country are the shami kababs, seekh kebabs (skewer kebab) and chapli kebab, again each with its own distinct taste. i hope i covered everything here. Oh, yes, you can add raita or chutney to biryani to cool down the spices as you eat. Hope that helps. Enjoyed this vlog.

Z kolei w moim Szczecinie i tylko w tym mieście można spróbować lokalnej potrawy Pasztecik Szczeciński. Trzeba przyjechać specjalnie do Szczecina by tego spróbować. Najlepsze są w bar Pasztecik na ulicy Wojska Polskiego. Nigdzie indziej na świecie tego nie wolno sprzedawać. To lokalna i zastrzeżona potrawa słynna na cały kraj. Każdy w Polsce o niej słyszał. Mój Szczecin słynie też z potrawy Paprykarz Szczeciński. Polecam polskie słodycze np Wedel Ptasie Mleczko, Princessa, czekolada mleczna Wedel, Wafelki Jutrzenka Familijne Kakakowe, Prince Polo, cukierki Krówka. Pozdrawiam.

To eat Doubles you use the top piece of bread to break off a piece and scoop up some peas. The bottom bread is basically a plate. It takes some technique.

Jamaican curryis turmeric heavy, therefore super yellow. Trinidadian curry is brown, like Indian curry. Might be due to all the Indian people living there.

The sweet sauce for the polourhi would be tamarind sauce and the hot one would be a hot chutney.

The pronunciation is it's spelled Aloo Pie. It is a small pie filled with potato. The Hindu word for potato is aloo. It's not an aloopi.

You guys should have got poori paratha with this selection and that would have been just perfect as you got karahi , lahori chanay and chicken Tikka. We are definitely different than Indian food and even better as we have totally different masala in everything.

That's not chicken tikka masala over biryani rice. That's chicken tikka over biryani rice, which again is not Pakistani cause no one in Pakistan makes biryani rice. We make biryani. Either chicken, mutton or beef biryani. Just get a normal chicken dum biryani and get chicken tikka separately. Although mutton/lamb biryani is way more delicious than chicken biryani.

That's Indian food 😂 Roti is a Sanskrit word, biriyani was first made in India, Naan is persian but garlic naan was made in India and chickpeas also.

The main difference between indian and Pakistani food (specially biryani) india is mostly vegetarian based so their food is their until some form of non veg is added in it. Non veg added is automatically converted to Pakistani style of food. Lahori chana also has chicken or beef gravy added to it to blend the flavor of it.

That is generic food and not necessarily Portuguese. The only things typical are the drinks, the custrad tarts (those look sketchy) and the apetisers that are called "rissóis de camarão".

Seafood boil YESSS. But id also like to see you try raw marinated crab, lobster and shrimp/prawn. I love to watch people eat noodles, dont know why, but seafood boil is still in the top five.
