I am glad you enjoyed watching the build. Thank You for letting me take a look at your ships and rebuild it with my ideas. Yeah 7 gigs on a 2 slot which really did not cost that much mats in the over under in the game was crazy. I glad that you you like the solar panel idea. Remember you can put them on the inside the ship as well to protect them more if you like.

@supercrew63 They are important that is forsure. When I am working with Iron Arrow 1, I think I like to only use iron and see what I can do with it. Maybe I can add in a field generator as well, but I feel why not try just iron.

@@onawayjoe I was just curious I have built rail guns that hit over 5k but my favorite build, Hard hitting chain guns over 5k damage. In the Xanion area. Just gotta check all the Turret Factories.

@CROSSWAREDITZ Old or not, it is okay to ask. This is a great question. Sadly, with a lot of my builds, the scaling down part is really hard. This is because everything fits pretty closely together. Like, I just put it this way if you make it any smaller, the inside docks white boxes will be hitting the outside walls, which will make them not work. If it is the cost, it is the biggest issue for you. The best way to build it is a wall at a time. Sadly, I believe I did not share the wall in the build. Your question brought up a cool idea to me. The first rusty's game play threw I built it a wall a time to help protect my stations. But you could even say take 2 walls and glue them back to back. You will be able to dock 10 stations to it. The cost to you will be cheaper, and it you basically scales it down. If you like that idea, please reply to this message. I have a lot of things and ideas in play now, but I believe I could throw this together pretty quickly and put it on the steam page. Let me know what you think?

@supercrew63 I could see that adding any more engines overall could help when you grow ships. This normally why I build ships for each level. The growing normally doesn't match to well for over all builds, but it doesn't mean it doesn't work. I mean, I grow my trade/ mining/ sal ships all the time, but that doesn't mean they are the best at the job for say. But that still was one the first ships I built and holds strong as a work horse of my fleets.

@supercrew63 This is great news. We'll if hit points was what you were looking for. I had an idea to help that, too. Remember, there is no real way to build right. It is just how you look at the build and what you want it to do! This way, I was warry about doing a review video in the first place. My ideas seem to not aline with others, haha. Overall, I am glad that you got some ideas to change it from the review. The goal over my channel is growth and showing it in any way. I am glad you are growing as well!

Thank You for the information! It does look like you made this ship with a lot of cool ideas to grow with like you said. Also, looks like the video was a hit! I will be looking into Iron Arrow 2 and looking into Iron Arrow to change up the internal parts but not the over all look. I feel it will be a fun thing to try!

1 thing I have done for fun was put 4 torpedo tubes on it and turn most internals into torpedo storage and made a torpedo boat... smoke anything at low tiers without taking any damage. Like i said these ships are adaptable.

@supercrew63 Well, I have not picked up a build for my Mark 4. Let that be the idea for the build then. Really, the trouble I have with building ships like that is the losing small blocks. I need to change my mind about it for the reason is my shields pretty much always hold. I also want to work Coaxel weapons firing lines into Mark 4 build. Yeah, I have an idea kind to make it maybe look like the fighters in Independence Day, the movie.

@@onawayjoe yeah my ships are more angular, not ugly and very functional from start to mid game because they are easily upgradable from level 2-7. you can see them on the workshop if you want to check them out. Iron Arrow and Iron Arrow 2. just simple starter ships that upgrade well.

Well, true, my builds are not easy at all. I know people ask me to look at their ships before as well. I like to take a look at them, but as I said before, rate different than most. I just don't want to hurt people feelings. I know how much goes into building, so I do not like to disagree with the builds for say. It is just a place where I myself am still not sure what to do with. I would like to film my reaction to the ships and maybe what I would like to change to them as well. What do you think about that?

@@onawayjoe I don't get butt hurt, I was just letting you know in case you wanted to check them out. and yeah trying out other designs is fun, and yes there are some that look awesome and fly horribly or have no power to spare. yes design reviews would be fun.

I am still not sure if I going to keep it at around 10 mins. I been seeing that people do like shorter videos at times as well someone requested it. Maybe I should put it to a vote for how long the videos should be.

@DerpScout I enjoy that you are looking into this for yourself and experimenting! Also, thank you for pointing out some of your troubles. Maybe these are what others are having issues with and why people do not understand what I am doing, too. If you have not watched them before, I do have some videos I tested docking as well. I am planning to answer your concerns either by writing or a video. I just saw your message and wanted to respond that I have seen it, and I am working out a full response to your message. I just don't have the time right now. I hope you understand.

@DerpScout This is the link to the video I was talking about with docking testing. I also had a few more testing videos about docking around this one with docking testing in mind. Mind you, these tests were done before I understood that the docked other ship is better as a true station, not a true ship. There could be a little issue with my words as well. @DerpScout Great question! In short, this build could be used that way, yes, but for my build, my goal is not to detach them to do various tasks. My goal is just like my other ship builds, I am building the Partnership and Hanger wings to stay attached for the whole fight to the Primaryship to do the various tasks. The goal tasks for this mission are bonus attack damage fighters and repair fighters to help out in the rift missions. If the fights go well, maybe I look into having some scrap fighter drones as well. I also can see how cheap these are to build for the late game that they could be deployed off the Primaryship in the rift but, likely to be destroyed pretty easily due to them not being really protected. The cost itself wouldn't be that bad, but if I attach Subsystems to them, I would not like to lose those, which to me be the heavy cost. The difference with this build for myself is that I am building off the build weight for the total weight 45k tons for rift missions. Plus, I am also attaching 5 total groups to the Primaryship when I normally attach 1. The reason why I am attaching so many is the following. 1. To have them fill different tasks. 2. To test if I can make the build work, which this the first time I am doing 5 at a time, why it harder. 3. If some are destroyed, the others could keep the fight up. If there are any more questions, please ask!
