Having a lot of that short skip today. France was coming in fantastic and then disappeared in just a few minutes now I’ve got Newfoundland Canada.
That is awesome, sounds great! I get my main radio back from the shop hopefully on Friday. It has been in southern California since June 7 and they shipped it out yesterday. DX 1 was booming into SoCal this afternoon. One of the locals out here near me is jealous of Justins signal and saying all kinds of rude things. I think because the local was getting walked on by DX 1 signal all the way out here. He is a petty person and throws huge tantrums if he can't get out. A lot of the times if he doesn't get contacts or someone like DX 1 is out the local will dead key his Television and try and ruin it for everyone. Great contact Joe

Right on John, when the California skip starts to roll back in I'll have my beam point your way due south of here. 359 always sounds great for sure. I can't wait to get my big RCI radio back from from California. They sure have a lot of radios to repair there so it takes time. Cheers & 73's

This is really swet because i was a you amateur back then ...and my antenna was a corney radio shack type and a cn radio band scanner ...simple..i think it was a upside down discone looking antenna that by chance was super at recuving c.b frequency and adjacent bands...that set up i had in 2002 was only 160...$.....wow inflation.

Great contact Karen. Have to love working Asia Pacific. I use to work Japan a fair bit in the early 1980's. Every night Japan use to blast in on the lower AM freqs. and also on SSB.
