We are a factory specialized in machine blades for decades.
I miss the sound and smells of a print room, Lost my presses in the 2008 economic crash. Great to see the technology of the presses has advanced so much since then.
This is not to be attempted on any stock 80lb or thinner

I'm a retired third generation master printer.....can't begin to say how much I miss it....can't get the smell....but the sound of a high speed offset press running is music to my ears.....videos like this help!

@@druckerman247 My web press job in San Francisco, late 1970s, head pressman had custom-fitted earplugs. 20-something years old, I quipped that I liked how quiet the world outside was when I left work. He laughed and said, "yes, and it'll get quieter and quieter!" I went out a few days later and got my own set of earplugs.

No need to setup the job? Register and the right Color density's? It all looks to easy. When I was a printer, we had color samples that had to be matched or sometime the customer came to the press to check the colors.
Reality is different from demos ;)

You know it. I had to run proofs fo the client. keep the colour density exact throughout say a 50,000 run. i had no computer density machine, i had to do everything manually on a Ryobi3304h 4col, and i tell you once you tune in the ink ducts and you got it 99.9% right, you celebrate until the next job which is a grey solid with tons of transparent white.... nightmare!!

Il cambio non stop lo usavo già nel 2002 sulla Heidelberg Speedmaster CD....infatti quando sono passato da Heidelberg a Roland una decina di anni fa, agli inizi è stata dura...sembrava essere tornati indietro di 30 anni come tecnologia....ma devo dire che col tempo, ho preso il giro a lavorare sulla Roland, sicuramente è più impegnativa e stancante rispetto ad Heidelberg ma ho notato che ha un ottima qualità di stampa e la macchina in generale è più "robusta e affidabile" rispetto ad una Heidelberg...insomma ci sono i pro e i contro come in tutte le cose. Stiamo sempre parlando di macchine ai vertici mondiali nelle loro categorie....
